They truly care about people compared to other lenders. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home mortgage. Dustin even personally showed up to our closing just to meet us and congratulate us. They even responded to us on the weekends when we were anxious and stressed to keep us updated. Being self employed has made home loans a nightmare in the past but not this time. Micah was great at communicating through the full process and was always available whenever we had questions. He even had our loan secured weeks before we needed to close and was able to get us the best interest rate and lowest closing costs out of the several companies we checked out. He worked hard for our business and we highly recommend working with him if you want things to get done smoothly and in a timely manner.

Dustin Fareed was our agent, and he was amazing! We moved here from South Carolina. A lot of our transactions had to take place over the phone or via email, including the home search process. Dustin was more than a mortgage broker for us. He was more like our eyes here on the ground in OK. He and our realtor toured houses for us. He gave us advice on the demographics of the area and found us companies for quotes for things like flooring replacement. He fought for us when needed and advocated for us with other companies, always trying to protect our interests and get us the best deal. He made what could have been a nightmare of a process easier, giving us the assurance and confidence to make the decisions that were best for our family. I would highly recommend him and ZFG Mortgage to anyone. Don't worry, no matter what you may need when going through this process, Dustin knows a guy.

We've been in our new home for a couple of months now and i am greatful every day. We spent 7 months in a motel after our first house fell through at closing. My real estate agent suggested Micah Medina and the ZFG Mortgage team for help with buying a amazing for sale by owner. It took an insane amount of work on ZFG's part but they were able to get us to close and at a better rate and overall Mortgage then i could have imagined. I huge thank you to Micah, Charinty and everyone at ZFG.

He walked us through the process of getting approved and made everything extremely easy. Additionally, we had to make what felt like dozens of offers before we finally had one accepted and Micah was always available within one hour (and majority of the time, within 5 minutes) to create an offer for us - even on the weekends or while he was out enjoying his personal time! Our Realtor loved his friendliness and availability as well. If you're looking for a mortgage broker then my wife and I highly recommend ZFG Mortgage.

Micah is simply the best. Being first time home buyers we weren't sure where to start in the process of getting a loan. Our agent recommended Micah and ZFG mortgage and we couldn't be happier. From the get go Micah let us know he was in our corner and that he would be with us through the process from start to finish. He wasn't lying. I had a million questions through the application to closing. He was quick and responsive, never making me feel like I was too much. He was diligent and sourced multiple institutions to get us an incredible rate and even found us a down payment assistance program. To the end he was responsive and making sure that we were comfortable and confident in the loan we were getting for our home. He ever made sure to show up the day of closing and let us know he was available if we had any questions down the line. I have heard horror stories from other home buyers and how getting funding was an absolute nightmare. When I hear this it is clear they never worked with ZFG Mortgage and Micah. Honestly we couldn't be happier.

We had a rough go at the beginning of our house hunt. We were targeted by a questionable lender with a high rate. After working with our realtor and explaining that the house was great but the payment was going to be out of reach. He sent us to Harlyn and when I say he surprised me that is an understatement. Harlyn got our rate from a 4.5 to a 2.75 without a fight or some refinance scheme. He got us a really good VA lender and into our house without even a hint of the dread we had harbored to include closing costs. Now we have our ten acres and a house after 6 years of credit recovery. It's almost unbelievable the man is a beast at mortgages.

Was told some horror stories of the buying process from friends and coworkers but Harlyn and Micah made the process go real nice. They are super super professional at all times. I would recommend ZFG to anyone who is buying a home.

I don't leave online reviews often, but I feel like this ZFG Mortgage team deserves one. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to purchase a new home or even trying to refinance. They helped us with the purchase of our third home, and I was amazed at how my wife and I were treated throughout the whole process. Some companies talk about how their costumers are number one. ZFG truly demonstrates what the definition of customer service is. I felt like we were their only client from the pre-approval to the day we signed our papers at closing. They payed attention to what our needs were and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending ZFG to all my friends and family and would definitely call them again if I needed anything.
